How to Use

1. Wash and thoroughly dry the application area.
2. Avoid applying lotions, oils or creams before use.
3. Remove the protective film from the patch.
4. Apply it to a clean, dry, flat and relatively hair-free area, such as the inner wrist, upper arm or back of the shoulder.
5. Wear the patch for up to eight hours during normal activities or while sleeping.
6. Remove the patch and dispose of it responsibly after use.

Each patch is intended for single use only.
