1. Returns Policy
We offer returns on products that are not damaged if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase. To be eligible for a return, the following conditions must be met:
The item must be unused and in original, re-sellable condition (including all tags, packaging, and accessories).
The return request must be made within 3 days of the delivery date.
The customer is responsible for return shipping costs.
Refund will then be made.
Please Note: We do not accept returns for opened or used items, or for items that have been damaged after delivery.
2. Refunds for Damaged Products
We will only issue refunds if the product is damaged upon delivery. To qualify for a refund, the following must apply:
The damage must be reported within 24 hours of receiving your product.
You must provide clear proof of damage, including photos of the damaged product and packaging.
If your product is damaged and you meet the conditions, we will offer a refund to your requested payment method. Please allow 5 business days for the refund to be processed.
3. Exchange Policy
Please ensure you select the correct size when ordering, as we do not accept exchanges for incorrectly ordered sizes. If we send you the wrong size, we will gladly exchange it for the correct one or offer a refund, once the product is returned. In this case, we will cover the courier cost.
For the best fit, kindly refer to our size guidelines before making a purchase.
4. How to Request a Return or Refund
(for non-damaged items): To request a return for non-damaged products, please contact us at kalaharicart@gmail.com within 3 days of receiving your order. Be sure to include your order number and reason for return. You will receive instructions on how to proceed with the return.
(for damaged products): To request a refund for a damaged product, please contact us at kalaharicart@gmail.com 24 hours
Once we receive your request, we will review the information and process your refund if the claim is approved.
5. Conditions for Refunds
